TSLATesla's Filing Volume Has More Than Tripled
Tesla's LCA filings rose from 798 in FY2020 to 2,911 in FY2025. That is an increase of 2,113 filings, or 264.8%, across six years of in-app data.
The acceleration is recent. Tesla filed 2,251 LCAs in FY2024 and 2,911 in FY2025, a one-year jump of 660 filings or 29.3%. FY2025 is the highest point in the current Tesla series.
11 total denials across all years (0.1% of filings) - too small to display on this chart.
Approval Rates Stay High Across Uneven Case Volume
Tesla recorded 653 approvals in FY2020, 881 in FY2021, 1,113 in FY2022, 498 in FY2023, and 635 initial approvals in the FY2025 USCIS Hub snapshot. The FY2025 row is a current initial-approval count rather than a total-decision row.
Even with that volume swing, the denial-bearing approval-rate rows are tightly clustered between 98.3% and 99.2%. FY2024 approval counts are not present in the current Tesla approval series.
This site no longer charts H-1B filings as a share of workforce. The ratio can blur U.S. employees, global employees, contractors, and offshore delivery headcount into one denominator.
Rows with a disclosed U.S.-employee denominator available here: 0. The analysis now uses filings, approvals, wage, worksite, and title concentration instead.
Salary Premium and Top Role Mix
